CARDLUMO is an independent online retailer of trading cards, collector supplies and related accessories. We serve customers within the United States through cardlumo.com.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or that you are acting with the permission of a parent, guardian or other authorized person.

Products and Descriptions

We aim to display product descriptions, images, prices, specifications and availability accurately. Colors and packaging may appear slightly different because of screen settings or manufacturer updates.

We may correct material listing, pricing or inventory errors when identified. Product images are provided for identification and presentation purposes, and packaging may vary where the product itself remains materially the same.

Trading Cards and Sealed Products

Any condition, packaging or factory-sealed status stated on a product page forms part of the product description.

A factory-sealed trading card or collectible product must remain unopened with its original seals intact to qualify for a change-of-mind return. Products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not as described are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

CARDLUMO is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer, publisher, sports league or entertainment franchise unless expressly stated.

Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without advance notice, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout where required by law.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.

If an inventory, pricing or listing error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we may cancel the affected product or order and refund the amount collected to the original payment method.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers displayed during checkout. The payment methods available for a transaction are those shown at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected products. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance or fulfillment.

We may decline, hold or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, inventory problems, material listing errors or an inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

CARDLUMO currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Standard U.S. shipping is free. Orders are normally handled within 1–2 business days and spend an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 4–7 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, address errors and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will attempt to stop fulfillment when reasonably possible, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed, packed or transferred to the shipping carrier.

If the order has already shipped, you may request an eligible return after delivery.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

CARDLUMO provides a prepaid return label for authorized returns and does not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refunded amount.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate.

After reviewing the request, we may provide an exchange, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Fraud Prevention

We may review, hold, refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to protect CARDLUMO, our customers, payment providers or other parties from suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions or unlawful activity.

We may request additional information to verify an order before fulfillment.

Intellectual Property

The CARDLUMO name, logo, website design, original text, graphics and other original content may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Third-party product names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products offered for sale. Access to this website does not grant ownership or permission to reproduce protected content.

Reviews and Feedback

Any review, feedback or submission you provide must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant CARDLUMO permission to use voluntarily submitted feedback to operate, promote and improve the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Our store uses Shopify and may rely on other providers for payments, shipping, analytics, security and technical functions.
